As far as I know, itch.io accepts both credit card and PayPal, and those are the only payment methods I'm able to receive. Regarding other platforms, I'm afraid I can't be of much help. My work was taken down from other sites due to censorship, so itch.io is the only option for now. Sorry about that! TT
